The Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL) of Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) is proud to announce the successful Diploma Awarding Ceremony held on Saturday, March 23, 2024, at the Cambodia-Korea Cooperation Center (CKCC).
The ceremony, attended by over 450 candidates, celebrated the achievements of the institute's graduates. It was a momentous occasion presided over by distinguished guests including: Preah Maha Kittipālo Dr. Penh Vibol (Dean of the Faculty of Education), Dr. Kol Pheng (Founding Father and President of PUC), H.E. Dr. Tan Monivann (Vice-Chairman of the Cambodian Chamber of Commerce), H.E. Veng Sereyvuth (Chairman of PUC Board of Trustees), H.E. Vaddhana P. Kol (Chief Operating Officer of PUC), Mr. Justin Dara Op (PUC-Vice President for PUC-IFL and University Relations), and Mr. Colin Young (Dean of PUC-IFL). Management, faculty, staff, parents, and fellow students further enriched the ceremony.

The ceremony highlighted the importance of education and lifelong learning. Speeches by esteemed guests emphasized values such as patience, diligence, commitment to research, and respect for the teachings of Buddhism, which align with Paññāsāstra University's motto of "Sīla Samādhi Paññā" (Morality, Concentration, Wisdom).
The event also served as a heartfelt expression of gratitude to parents for their unwavering support and to the leadership, professors, and staff of Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia for their dedication to providing students with a quality education.
The PUC-IFL Diploma Awarding Ceremony was a resounding success, marking a significant step towards the graduates' futures and a source of immense pride for the entire Paññāsāstra University community.
