President of Brigham Young University, Dr. Kevin Worthen and his wife together with Dr. Samdra Rogers, Vice President for International Affairs visited Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) to seek collaboration between the two institutions.
To begin with Dr. Worthen expressed his thankfulness to PUC for allowing him, his wife, and the colleague to pay the visit. In the area of collaboration between the institutions kadıköy travesti there were three main criteria, namely research projects, workshop engagement, and internships.
BYU also intended to enhance the English proficiency of the Christian Cambodian high school students who are in the church and willing to pursue their undergraduate study. Since BYU conducts a church education system, Christian students are given loans to support their learning and they will pay back after having employment. “Our vision is strengthening spirit, enlarging intellect, building character, and leading to life-long learning and service,” said, Dr. Worthen.
The two universities will continue to discuss the details of their future agreement.
