On October 17, Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) signed a letter of intent with Universiti Malaysia Sabah.

Mr. Long Kimheng, Vice President of International Relations and IT & Database Management, represented PUC and Dr. Rasid Mail, Deputy Vice Chancellor of Academic and International, represented Universiti Malaysia Sabah. Both parties agreed to collaborate further to encourage the long-term development of both sides in the theme of exchange programs, seminars, training courses, lectures, and conferences.
