LEGAL ETHICS AND PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Date : Saturday and Sunday, May 10 and 11, 2014

Venue : Preah Vihear Room, PUC South Campus
Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia Faculty of Law and Public Affairs (LPA) will select
only 20-25 participants, including law lecturers, law students, and lawyers to take part in
Training Workshop, provided in collaboration with Bridge Across Border South East Asia
(BABSEA), on “Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility”. Taking part in this
workshop participants will learn and discuss on duties of a lawyer to a client; duties of a
lawyer to the court; what is access to justice, why is it important and what are common
obstacles; why do pro bono and how to do pro bono.
How to Apply:
Applicants must submit the following documents to PUC Legal Clinic (in hard copy):
- Application Form (available at PUC Legal Clinic)
- An updated Curriculum Vitae
- Academic Transcript
Selection Criteria:
- Commitment to fully participate in the two-day Workshop
- Response to question(s) the above application form
- Application is on rolling basis. The sooner you apply, the better chance.
- GPA

- Shortlisted students may be called for further test and/or interview
