A Master student in International Human Rights Law sponsored by Raoul Wallengberge Institute (RWI) under PUC's law faculty, Mr. MANG SOHAN won the 1st Top Winner of Human Rights Day quiz Contest which was held from 7-10 December 2015, organized by the Office United Nations of High Commissioner for Human Rights.

“Among more than 500 contestants, I won the first prize winner,” said Sohan in amazed smiling face.

It was noted that the quiz contest was the first contest to celebrate Human Rights Day in Cambodia. Ten questions were asked online each day for four days. The first winner prize was Iphone 5s, Human Rights book, Human Rights and Cambodian Law CD, other documents and certificate of achievement. The Second winner prize was I pad Mini 3, other documents and certificate. The Third winner prize was Camera cannon, other documents and documents.

All the winners had the chance to meet Ms. Marie-Dominique Parent, Deputy Representative of OHCHR.
