Phnom Penh, February 18, 2025 – Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC) and the United Board for Christian Higher Education in Asia, headquartered in the United States with offices across Asia, convened a bilateral meeting to reaffirm their commitment to academic collaboration.
