The Institute of Foreign Languages of Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia (PUC-IFL) proudly hosted its 5th English Diploma Graduation Ceremony on Saturday, January 18, 2025.
The ceremony took place at the National Institute of Education (NIE) and celebrated the achievements of 303 graduates. The event was presided over by Preah Mahā Thera Bhikhu Kittipālo Dr. Penh Vibol, Dean of PUC’s Faculty of Education; His Excellency Veng Sereyvuth, Chairman of PUC Board of Trustees; Dr. Kol Pheng, Founding Father and President of PUC; His Excellency Dr. Kolpheng Vaddhana, Chief Operating Officer; and Professor Colin Young, Dean of Institute of Foreign Languages.
Also in attendance were members of the PUC Board of Trustees and Top Management, esteemed professors, administrative staff, and family members of the graduates, totaling more than 800 participants.
The event marked a significant milestone in the journey of the graduates, reflecting their resilience, dedication, and hard work. The ceremony served as a heartfelt celebration of their success and an unforgettable memory for both the graduates and their families.
